Basil Burrata Spaghetti
Serves 4
Ingredients
350g dried spaghetti
300g burrata cheese
25g basil + to decorate
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of sea salt
Roasted pine nuts
You will also need
Food processor or stick blender
Method

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti al dente (7-8 minutes).

Meanwhile, place the burrata, basil, olive oil and salt in a food processor and blitz until creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning. Place the sauce in a bowl.

Once the spaghetti is cooked, add to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.

Serve with roasted pine nuts and some extra basil leaves.
