Flatbreads 

Makes 12  

Ingredients

350g self-raising flour

350g greek yoghurt

1 tsp baking powder

 

You will also need

A griddle pan

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of stand mixer. With the hook attachment, mix to bring everything together. (This can also be done by hand if you don't have a stand mixer).

  2. On a clean surface, dusted with some flour, divide the dough into 12 equal parts. 

  3. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out each piece of dough in to circles, around 2-3mm thin.

  4. Place the griddle pan on high heat and cook them for 1-2 minutes on each side or until puffed.

  5. Serve with some houmous or brush with some garlic butter.
