Prosciutto Bruschetta 

 

Serves 4 as a starter 

Ingredients

4 slices of sourdough bread (or any other bread)

Olive oil 

6 - 8 slices of prosciutto 

50-60g cherry tomatoes

Mini mozzarella balls 

Basil leaves

Extra virgin olive oil.

Sea salt flakes

Method

  1. Brush the slices of bread with olive oil and place on a pan over high heat. Turn around once golden. 

  2. Once both sides are golden, remove and place on a wooden board.

  3. Lay the slices of prosciutto, the cherry tomatoes and the mozzarella balls. Decorate with some basil leaves.

  4. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
